The centrepiece of the Parish’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations is in place. A team of workmen fitted the oak post and cresset (that’s the metal cauldron) into a secure frame installed on The Green, Blackmore, on Saturday morning (14th May. Here’s a sequence of photos showing how it was done…
