This website was launched in Summer 2021 as the Parish Council transitioned its online presence to be fully compliant with UK data and accessibility legislation. Previous versions were hosted on the now defunct Essexinfo platform and subsequently on the community-based e-voice.org.uk domain. Our e-voice.org.uk/blackmorepc site remains available as a resource containing pre-2021 information including a Minutes’ Archive dating back to October 2010. Paper copies of Minutes of the Full Council and all its various committees from 2000 onwards are held in the Parish Office for inspection by prior arrangement. The complete volumes of Minutes from 1894 until 1999 are stored and under the control of the Essex Records Office, Chelmsford.
The e-voice archive facility will remain for as long as we are able to maintain a presence on that platform and should that situation alter it will be notified here. In the interests of transparency, other relevant items on that site will also remain available where relevant.
