Cllr. Clarke is a Tipps Cross resident representing the Hook End and Wyatts Green ward. As a member of the Parks & Open Spaces committee and the father of two young children, he is an advocate for outdoor recreational opportunities for youngsters. Joe also serves on the parish Planning committee and Tipps Cross Remembrance Hall management committee.
